Called ROSE AND THE BEE, I hope you can see why! I saw this beautiful single layered rose in Mottisfont (a national trust property) two summers ago. When the sun cmeout of the clouds, I took a few photos of this fragrant rose.
Capturing the subtle changes in tone in each petal and painting the centre took the greatest time! But it was well worth the effort, don’t you think?1
The details: this painting with its mount can be inserted into a 8x10 inch frame, commonly available. Please note that I will only be post at the end of January, irrespective of the dates given by the website.
