Primroses And Robin- original watercolour painting- 4x6 inches

I painted this gorgeous robin which visits us often along with the primroses to catch the essence of spring.

This painting nearly got shelved, as I just couldn’t decide on the composition, but thankfully a single change that my daughter suggested made all the difference! I reintroduced light at the top left hand corner and it brought the painting to life!
